Trad's win would mean parallel legal system in OZ

E-mail Print PDF

In a Sydney Morning Herald article, “Explosive argument behind Trad's defamation reasoning”, journalist Paul Sheehan has exposed the truth that mocks us from behind the veil of lies and deceit that passes for muslim “moderation” in Australia.

We have often noted that muslims just don’t know when to shut up, how to keep their powder dry, how to be circumspect and discrete. This is not surprising, as islam teaches no life skills that can aid a person in dealing with a free exchange of ideas. If you don’t agree, you smash it. It’s a matter of “honor”; you kufar wouldn’t understand.

Muslims have no method of dealing with a legal system based on truth – even truth such as it is filtered out to us in present day Australia. What happens is “shoot from the hip”, or in Keysar Trad’s case, the lip.

The scatter-gun approach to dealing with kufar has often been successful, in the early exchanges especially, as the startled crowd ran from accusations of xenophobia, racism, bigotry. The shame, in the face of accusation, was palpable and there were plenty of “talking heads” available to continually berate us. George Negus re-built a career best forgotten as islam’s main apologist. Malcolm Fraser proved that retirement wasn’t meant to be easy. Tony Jones discovered his inner muslim and made a tv show about it, “Q & A”. Apparently, it’s a forum for ideas?

In our hast to retreat from the muslim accusation, in our horror that “the world” might brand us “racist”, we dressed ourselves in a new set of clothes, a yellow jacket that had the word “Islamophobe” printed on its back.

Many of us, in 2010, discovered that we were still ruled by “The White Australia policy”, which was a surprise, I imagine, to the 8 million or so immigrants who have made Australia home, since 1975. The Singhs, Ng’s, Trangs, Chans, Pravanuths, Palipulumbils, Ratanaveroths etc, sure have a lot to answer for. (I am not demeaning anyone by use of those names – my friends bear those names, proudly. In fact, I married one!)

And the muslims laughed, patted themselves on the back and proceeded on to the next targets in the campaign. In some areas it was “separate washrooms”; in others it was “halal food for all”, in other places “prayer time in the workplace” and “observing Ramadan”.
Christmas and Easter became “offensive” and had to go. Must be inclusive, don’t you know!

SBS came to the party, hosting foisting mocking, jibbing, ranting television onto the humiliated kufar, in the form of “Salaam Café”, possibly the worst attempt at “humor” ever to have had air time on our televisions. The quality of the show was not important, however, just its mere existence. As McLuhan once said, “The medium is the message”, and the message was quite clear. They are here.

The muslims kept firing, the scatter-gun kept hitting targets. In Victoria we were told that in cases where islam was involved “truth was not a defence”. Christian pastors took note.

In Western Australia we now know the price for offending a muslim starts at $16,000.

In Brisbane, a Social Security cheating polygamist can taunt the government and the entire nation, calling us fools… and we are.

In Sydney, entire areas are now “no-go zones”. That’s not the sound of the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs cheer squad…its gun fire.

Kufar in Australia began to have pork taken from public restaurants, pork removed from Council meetings, pork removed from schools, lest we offend…. and porkies mounted up everywhere. Porkies continued to flow from mosque and “Islamic Council” and mouthpiece, not the least of these being Keysar Trad.

• Islam is a peaceful religion.
• Muslims just want to live their lives like the rest of us.
• Feel free to add to the list…….
“Taken out of context” took on a whole new meaning. No-one has yet defined just exactly WHAT the context is. WE will be told in due course, one presumes, when the mosque decides.

One thing about good gun protocols – they teach you never to get carried away; you can shoot yourself in the foot. Cue – Keysar Trad!
Wounded and bleeding from self-inflicted wounds, raging around like a stuck pig, demanding, demanding, demanding. The man just won’t quit.

It can’t get much worse than having the Chief Judge of Common Law in the NSW Supreme Court, find you to be “a witness of little credibility, a man of extreme views and a disgraceful individual.''

Still, its only the opinion of a kufar….so who cares, that really matters?

But we need to be grateful to Keysar, because in his blind determination to humiliate and subjugate the kufar he has shown us all just exactly what quality of “thinking” pervades the muslim community of Australia.

Paul Sheehan sums the debacle up succinctly.

“If Trad does prevail in his appeal, this case, Trad v Harbour Radio, will be corrosive to the idea of mainstream Muslim moderation, and to the ideal that most Muslims are naturally part of a cohesive element in the weave of Australia's culture rather than functioning under de facto Islamic law while giving mere lip service to the Australian legal system and the values it upholds.”

Can we stop telling ourselves little lies, Australia?

Can we peek out from behind the fear of what “they” might say about us and stand as mature citizens, condemning that which is contemptible and outright dangerous?

Can we have some backbone, or have successive waves of Political Correctness and “multi-cultural” indoctrination done for us?
Are we willing to hand over the heritage so easily, without a fight?

“…. the idea of mainstream Muslim moderation” - is tosh. We all know it. Since 9/11, when islam really shot itself in the foot, the hand, the face, the arse, what passes for its brain, we have been told a moderate islam repudiates actions such as that abomination.

Still waiting to see it. Still waiting for ANY sign of this fabled “moderate islam”. Just like the Unicorn, it’s a mythical beast. Just like Santa Claus….kiddies….it doesn’t exist!

“… to the ideal that most Muslims are naturally part of a cohesive element in the weave of Australia's culture rather than functioning under de facto Islamic law while giving mere lip service to the Australian legal system and the values it upholds.”

Paul – I know you have to put it that way. I am going to go out on a limb and suggest….in private you might put it differently?

It is, patently “lip service” we get from muslims, all the time. All we EVER get from islam is “lip service”, while the “lawfare jihad” continues unabated, while these miscreants turn our nation into a Jew-bating, Israel-hating cesspool, while they demand obeisance and servile dhimmitude from the mainstream society – lip service.

Might I suggest, the next time a muslim offers us a renewed dose of “lip service”….we all punch them in their fat, lying lip!
Send Islam packing. It has no place in our society. It is hostile, rabid and infectious.

I demand quarantine and rigorous rooting out of the source of the infection. Expel these barbarians.

History - Violent Jihad

Australians celebrate and revere Anzac Day on April 25th each year in remembrance of our brave soldiers who fought in two great world wars to secure our freedom. Every Australian identifies with the slogan “lest we forget” and in services held around the country people reflect on the battles and men who died to secure our freedom. Yet across the world in France, there is one remarkable battle which helped form the Europe we know today and allowed the development of civilization based on Judeo Christian principles. This one famous battle has become known as the battle of Tours and effectively stopped the Muslim advance into Europe. After the death of Mohammed in 632AD, Muslim armies exploded out of the Arabian peninsula to conquer much of the Middle East, expanding across north Africa. From there they crossed into Spain in 711AD and eventually controlled much of al-Andalus by 715AD. It was the victory at Tours by Charles Martel that stemmed the tide and eventually the Muslim marauders were expelled from Spain in 1492 when the last outpost at Granada fell to King Ferdinand of Spain.

Perhaps some readers might be interested to know that January 28 is considered a feast day among Catholics – actually 2 feast days are celebrated on the same day – one is of ST Thomas Aquinas, the great medieval theologian and philosopher who adapted Aristotle to the western Judeo-Christian worldview. . It is also the feast day of a lesser known person – St Peter Nolasco, the great ransomer of captives from the Muslims.

Barbary Corsair
Somalian Islamic Pirates & Lessons from History

The dramatic rescue of the American cargo-ship captain Richard Phillips from the hands of Somalian Islamic pirates by the U.S. Navy—killing three pirates, holding him hostage at gun-point, through precision-targeting—warrants a review of the U.S. struggle with piracy and hostage-taking in North Africa, which ended two centuries ago.

Raiding trade-caravans and hostage-taking for extracting ransom in Islam was started by Prophet Muhammad. Having become powerful and secure after his relocation to Medina from Mecca in 622, Muhammad initiated Jihad or holy war in the form of raids of trade-caravans for earning livelihood for his community. In the first successful raid of a Meccan caravan at Nakhla in December 623, his brigands killed one of the attendants, took two of them captive, and acquired the caravan as “sacred” booty. The captives were ransomed to generate further revenue. Muhammad, later on, expanded this mode of Jihad to raiding non-Muslim communities around Arabia—for capturing their homes, properties and livestock, capturing their women and children as slaves often for ransoming and selling, and imposing extortional taxes—which sometimes involved mass-slaughter of the attacked victims.

Battle of Broken Hill Logo

The First Islamic Terrorist Attack on Australian Soil

On January 1, 1915 two Broken Hill men, both former camel drivers, armed themselves with rifles, an homemade flag bearing Islamic insignia and a large supply of ammunition and launched a surprise attack on the Picnic Train about 3 kilometres outside Broken Hill.

The train carried about 1200 Broken Hill residents to Silverton where a picnic to celebrate the new year was to take place.

The two Muslim men, Gool Mohamed originally a Pashtun tribesman from Afghanistan and Mullah Abdullah from what is known today as Pakistan, decided to wage jihad against Australian infidels after Australia and the Ottoman Empire officially joined the opposite sides in the WWI.

Jihad Galore and the Toledo Whore

Battle of Higueruela

Alhambra - GazelleHow often in conversation with a Muslim, do they quote Spain as the crowning achievement of Islam, where Muslims, Jews and Christians lived in harmony for about 800 years?

And when you mention the killings and massacres, you are told that the Spanish Inquisition was much worse.
This is a misconception, since the Inquisition in Spain was responsible for only between 4,000 and 5,000 lives. [1]

Yet in 1066AD, in a single day, muslims murdered over 4,000 Jews because Vizier Joseph ibn Naghrela had risen to a position greater than them, and of course, this upset the Muslim sensitivities. [2]

History - Imperialism

Decisive Victory for the West

At this time of year, it is timely to remember one of the greatest victories of the west against the Islamic world. On the 7th October in 1571, Don Juan and the Holy League, led by Admiral Doria, defeated the larger Ottoman fleet in the Battle of Lepanto, saving Europe from the Turks and militant Islam. The Holy League was a coalition of different armies - of the Republic of Venice, the Papacy (under Pope Pius V), Spain (including Naples, Sicily and Sardinia), the Republic of Genoa, the Duchy of Savoy, the Knights Hospitaller and some others.

History - Stolen Heritage

Jerusalem - Coat of ArmsWhy do Muslims insist that Jerusalem is their Holy City?
When Mohamed and his faithful followers moved from Mecca to Medina, they found themselves among three Jewish tribes/clans (BANU-L-NADIR, BANU KAINUKA and BANU KURAIZA)  which settled there some time after their expulsion from their homeland and also living there were  two Arab, pagan tribes.

Mohammed, who at this stage needed more followers, decided to win those tribes over and convert them to his newly invented religion.

Islam was yet not as fully developed as we know it today, and Mohammed was still having his sessions with Allah (the Medina period revelations).
