Western countries have a proud record of accepting people from different countries, races and religions. Our politicians are always bragging about how Multiculturalism has been a great success and anyone who disputes this is branded as a “racist”. Gordon Brown of the UK stands up in the House of Commons and talks about what a wonderful contribution Muslims have made to the UK. President Obama also praises the Muslim contribution to America, but behind this “political spin” the signs say that Muslims don’t integrate and cause social unrest as their numbers grow.
The Australian media also portray an image of harmony with Muslims and we often see our politicians and Police attending Ramadan and Eid celebrations. It is interesting therefore to examine what Muslims are instructed to do when living in Western countries. In the UK and Ireland, Muslims have established Muslim Public Affairs Committees to channel information to their local Ummah and to instruct.
In this article then we will examine some of the material that is posted on the Irish MPAC site for Irish Muslims to read about living in Ireland as a Muslim. We shall consider a snap shot of articles that cover the following traditional topics:
- How to live amongst the local non-muslim population
- Implementing Sharia in Ireland
- Anti Israel sentiment and Palestine
- Punishment for Paedophilia
- Reclaiming lost lands for Islam (Al-Andalus).
Article No.1: Al Wala’a wal Bara’a – Love and Hate for the Sake of Allah
This recent article posted on 9th November 2009 should be read by every politician, every Immigration minister, every Multiculturalism minister and every Home Affairs minister because it gets to the core of integration issues for Muslims.
Consider these extracts from the Lecture.
The legal meaning of Al-Wala’ (love, support, help, follow, etc.) is to totally agree with the sayings, deeds and beliefs which please Allah and the persons whom He likes. Al-Wala’u wa Al-Bara’ is the creed that guides all the actions and sayings of a Muslim and it is by its practice and application that the ranks of the believers vary. It is imperative that this creed be unambiguous to the Muslim’s mentality in order that it manifests and materialises correctly in his actions.
28. Let not the believers take the disbelievers as Awliya’ (supporters, helpers, etc.) instead of the believers, and whoever does that will never be helped by Allah in any way, except if you indeed fear a danger from them. And Allah warns you against Himself (ie. His Punishment), and to Allah is the final return. 29. Say [O Muhammad (s.a.w.)]: “Whether you hide what is in your breasts or reveal it, Allah knows it, and He knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth. And Allah is Able to do all things”.
The General Meaning of the Aya:
Allah (s.w.t.) forbids His Believers from exhibiting any form of Muwalat to the disbelievers. This includes the manifestation of love and compassion to 
strengthen the ties with them or to regard them as companions and friends because of their kinship or acquaintance. The Believer can not be an ally of Allah’s enemies and it is impossible for a person to combine the love of Allah (s.w.t.) and the love of his enemies because this is a combination of opposites; therefore, he who loves Allah, must also hate His enemies.
It is forbidden upon the Muslim to give Muwalat to the disbelievers and forsake the believers. There is no association or relationship whatsoever between Iman and Kufur. The preceding noble Ayat forewarns us from Muwalat Al-Kafireen and alerts us to the consequences of such an action, with one exception being in extreme necessity when one must avoid or protect oneself from the harm or injury inflicted upon by disbelievers by presenting an outer appearance that belies what one conceals inside. This is known as Taqiyyah, and it is only permitted under such circumstances.
The Rank of the Belief in Al-Wala’u wa Al-Bara’
The belief in Al-Wala’u wa Al-Bara’ occupies a meritorious rank in the Islamic Aqeedah. This can be understood from the following reasons:
* Al-Wala’u wa Al-Bara’ is part of the Shahadah (testimony of faith) that being ‘La ilaha’ which is the portion from ‘La ilaha illallah’. This means to be free and immune from all that is worshiped besides Allah (s.w.t.) as He the Almighty states: “And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger (proclaiming): ‘Worship Allah (alone), and avoid (or keep away from) Taghut (all false deities, ie. do not worship Taghut besides Allah)” (16:36).
* The eminent creed of Al-Wala’u wa Al-Bara’ is the strongest bond of Iman. Al-Barra’ bin A’aazeb (r.a.a.) narrates that the Prophet (s.a.w.) said: “The strongest bond of Iman is the love for Allah’s sake and the hatred for Allah’s sake” (Reported by Imam Ahmad).

In summary then, Muslims must:
- Hate non-muslims because Allah hates them;
- Not associate with or help non-muslims else Allah will punish them;
- Use deception or Taqiyya to hide their true feelings.
Does this not explain why Muslims DON’T integrate into democratic societies, and why they want separate facilities like washrooms, toilets, dining areas, swimming areas, prayer areas?

Article No.2: Implementing Sharia is a patriotic duty
Once Muslims become settled in a western country, the call begins to implement Sharia Law which is Islam’s seventh century code for living, and of course is to replace Australian Law.
Consider this extract:
O’ Muslim, it is your duty as a citizen of Ireland to work for its best interests, and who could doubt that establishing the authority of Allah in the land is in the best interests of Ireland? To remove injustice and establish fairness, to remove moral degradation, immorality and licentiousness and establish propriety, righteousness and restraint and to establish tawheed (the worship of the Only One worthy of worship) are surely noble Islamic aims.
Nonetheless, we must first seek to establish Shariah in our own lives – for Allah has said He will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. Only by changing ourselves will we bring about the changes we hope for in society. And once we do Allah has promised those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that he will of a surety grant them in the land, inheritance (of power), as He granted it to those before them; that He will establish in authority their religion, the one which He has chosen for them; and that He will change (their state) after the fear in which they (lived), to one of security and peace.

So understand that it is the religious duty of every Muslim to bring about Sharia Law which allows amongst others:
- Child marriage
- Polygamy and temporary marriages
- Stoning to death for adultery
- Hanging homosexuals (or throwing off a mountain)
- Beheading for major crimes
- Chopping off hands and feet for minor offences
Article No.3: Anti Israel sentiment and Palestine
It is incredible that even in this far-flung corner of the world, Ireland, that a virulent form of Anti Israel sentiment exists. Ireland boasts that it is home to one of the richest Saudi sheiks in Khalid bin Mahfouz, and has also spawned Palestinian lovers in ex President Mary Robinson and UNRWA executive in Gaza, John Ging, an ex Ireland Military man. Besides the MPAC site, dedicated Palestinian web sites have been created to stir up Irish hatred for Israel.
From the article, this extract:
The Jewish Zionist army having successfully occupied over 78% of Palestinian land in 1948, set about expelling over 750,000 Palestinians from their homeland, razing villages and massacring thousands of men, women and children. However, they did not stop there, they planned to expand their borders and set about scheming ways in which they could garner international approval for their Eretz Israel goal.
Surely this text comes straight from a text book printed in Saudi Arabia. The following points must be made:
- In 1925, Trans Jordan was given 78% of the British Mandate for arabs. Israel received only 22%;
- Syria, Jordan and Egypt told arabs in Israel to leave as they were about to destroy the new state of Israel in 1948. Israel did NOT expel them. They left because they were told to by Muslim countries;
- Egypt expelled hundreds of thousands of Jews and stole their property, businesses and bank accounts.
In fact during the illegal war started by Egypt, Syria and Jordan, Egypt annexed the Gaza strip, Syria took the Golan Heights and Jordan annexed Sumaria and Judea, together called the West Bank. Israel regained control again in 1967 but of course, the arabs now call Israel the “occupiers”, even though the land belongs to Israel from UN Charters.

Article No.4: Paedophile to be crucified
This recent article posted 4th November 2009 talks about the punishment for a convicted paedophile in Saudi Arabia who is to be crucified.
Consider this extract:
No fancy cell awaits convicted paedophile and murderer Muhammad Al Ramaly, instead today at noon, Saudi time, Al Ramaly will face the executioner’s sword and his dead, lifeless body will be hung on a stake for all to see – a monstrous death for a monster.
Al Ramaly in a perverted spree kidnapped and raped five children. Although rare, this form of execution is employed as a deterrent and though reprehensible to some sensibilities, it serves its purpose. You will not hear of the scandal that plagues Ireland in Saudi Arabia.
In Ireland unfortunately, of the hundreds of known cases of clerical paedophilia, few have even served jail time and those that have do so at the expense of the taxpayer to the tune of over 80,000 Euro per year. That to us seems a lot more perverse as it punishes the state, the people, and the victim for the crime. Meanwhile the criminal has entitlements that many on the outside cannot afford or enjoy. There’s a lot Ireland and Europe can learn from Muslim states.

Of course, the Prophet of Islam, Mohammed, married a young girl Aisha when she was only 6 yo, tongue kissed both of Ali’s sons and encouraged his followers to “play with young girls”.

Article No.5: Reclaiming Al-Andalus stone by stone
Muslims are always lamenting their “lost lands” which they claim are rightfully theirs, and Spain, or Al-Andalus, is at the top of the list. Recently Osama bin Laden called for Muslims to retake Al-Andalus for Islam, and after the Madrid train bombings in 2004, the newly elected Spanish government capitulated and withdrew all troops from Iraq in an incredible act of submission.

In the 1400s the Muslim reign in Spain came to an abrupt and bloody end. For over 600yrs Islam had dominated the Spanish landscape, bringing to the west learning and sciences that made Medieval Europe look positively barbaric. Despite the inculcation of a largely egalitarian society based on Islamic mores, Christian kings in the north plotted a reconquest, one that would give rise to one of the darkest moments in European history – the Inquisition.
Today the rich tapestry of Islamic art and architecture of Al Andalusia draws hundreds and thousands of tourists who marvel at the wonders of a bygone era. However, it is also of great interest to Muslims and the area has seen a surge of interest from European Muslims seeking to settle in a former Muslim homeland.

It is true that the Inquisition claimed between 4,000 and 5,000 lives in Spain, but Islamic Jihad makes these numbers seem trivial. In a single day in December 1066AD, the Granada muslims massacred over 4,000 Jews because a Jew had been given authority over them.
The “golden age” of Al-Andalus happened in spite of Islam, NOT because of Islam.
Conclusion
It is very clear from the content of articles on this MPAC site, that the following is TRUE.
1. Muslims are instructed NOT to integrate into their host country
2. Muslims have a duty to implement Sharia and replace democracy and the Law
3. Anti Israeli hatred is preached.
It is a wake up call for those who value our democracy, our freedoms and our laws which guarantee equality for all.
So the implication is clear about what we must do.

Australians celebrate and revere Anzac Day on April 25th each year in remembrance of our brave soldiers who fought in two great world wars to secure our freedom. Every Australian identifies with the slogan “lest we forget” and in services held around the country people reflect on the battles and men who died to secure our freedom. Yet across the world in France, there is one remarkable battle which helped form the Europe we know today and allowed the development of civilization based on Judeo Christian principles. This one famous battle has become known as the battle of Tours and effectively stopped the Muslim advance into Europe. After the death of Mohammed in 632AD, Muslim armies exploded out of the Arabian peninsula to conquer much of the Middle East, expanding across north Africa. From there they crossed into Spain in 711AD and eventually controlled much of al-Andalus by 715AD. It was the victory at Tours by Charles Martel that stemmed the tide and eventually the Muslim marauders were expelled from Spain in 1492 when the last outpost at Granada fell to King Ferdinand of Spain. 
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was born, lived, fought and won battles against religious and social oppression in the 17th century Bharat or India. He was a shining star in the Indian firmament and is renowned as a champion of the downtrodden and depressed masses. He was and continues to be an icon for the classes and masses alike and is seen as a rallying point for peasants oppressed by foreign rulers, Pathans and Moghuls alike. Sexually exploited women found in Shivaji Raje a protector, a benefactor and flocked to his Hindavi Swaraj to find solace and feel liberated under his saffron flag. 
Perhaps some readers might be interested to know that January 28 is considered a feast day among Catholics – actually 2 feast days are celebrated on the same day – one is of ST Thomas Aquinas, the great medieval theologian and philosopher who adapted Aristotle to the western Judeo-Christian worldview. . It is also the feast day of a lesser known person – St Peter Nolasco, the great ransomer of captives from the Muslims.
How often in conversation with a Muslim, do they quote Spain as the crowning achievement of Islam, where Muslims, Jews and Christians lived in harmony for about 800 years?
Why do Muslims insist that Jerusalem is their Holy City?
There is a very strongly entrenched view among majority of Westerners today that the three main monotheistic religions Judaism, Christianity and Islam share one common God and therefore despite the obvious differences, the core foundation of these three religions is the same.
