The charges:
The Amsterdam Court of Appeal 21/1/09 ordered the criminal prosecution of the Member of Parliament of the Dutch Second Chamber Geert Wilders. Wilders is charged with incitement to hatred and discrimination for comments about Muslim beliefs and insulting Muslims by comparisons re Islam and Nazism.

One can read the reasons claimed by the court of appeal (c) but one can only wonder at their ‘reasoning’ as Wilders in his film fitna simply stated Islamic text, and showed Muslims preaching and carrying out the instructions in their text and Mohammad’s example and the connection between Islam and Hitler/Nazism is well known.

Omar Bakri, the Libyan-based radical Muslim cleric who is barred from Britain, did not think the film was very offensive. ‘On the contrary, if we leave out the first images and the sound of the page being torn, it could be a film by the [Islamist] Mujahideen,’ he said.” (a)
Wilder’s film and Charlie Chaplain’s anti-Nazi fascism film The Great Dictator share similarities. Bostom quotes Albert Speer, Hitler’s Minister of Armaments and War Production, which recount Hitler’s effusive praise for Islam, along with his racist attitudes to Arabs:

In Europe the Bosnian Muslim Handzar SS Division destroyed Bosnian Jewish and Serbian communities, massacred Jews and Serbs, and deported survivors to Auschwitz for extermination.

This is a very powerful article, which should be compulsory reading for everyone who cares about truth. I was particularly struck by the similarities between Islam and Nazism, which are verified by both Nazi and Muslim historical records. Yet many in the West would deny this and accuse any who wrote about it of being "racist".
It's beyond bizarre that any who point out the obvious - that Islam and Nazism are racist - are themselves accused of racism.
What a pity the public prosecution's words weren't heeded in Geert's case:-
"“The public prosecution is of the view, amongst others, that part of the statements of Wilders do not relate to a group of worshippers, but consists of criticism as regards the Islamic belief, as a result of which neither the self-esteem of this group of worshippers is affected nor is this group brought into discredit.”
We must be allowed to criticise Islam and state honestly what is in the qur'an. This is not racism. It is honest enquiry.

I was particularly struck by this quote "The strongest proof of real, extremely despotic power in Islam is the fact that it has been able to invalidate, in such large measure, the entire history (customs, religion, previous way of looking at things, earlier imagination) of the peoples converted to it. We see this everywhere that Islam colonises. Cultures are destroyed and people forced to adopt Islamic (often Arabic) dress. Persia was once the home of Zoroastrians and some Bah'ai. It also had a fair percentage of Jews.

Could this happen in multi-racial Australia, where all religions can practice their faith in safety?

The following is for the Dhimmis who long ago threw their brains away, and will do anything to appease the deceptive Islamists. Nearly the whole world now can see that Muslims are not just people and that they are very, very deceptive. Why the Dhimmis cannot see this is beyond my conprehension.
The Muslims argue that their religion, Islam, descends from Abraham. That is yet another big lie of the Muslims. It is far, far from the truth. I might as well say it again: Authentic Muslims are the biggest liars in the world.
Abraham was the first patriarch of the Jews, who had not received the famous Ten Commandments. However, The Old Testament states that Abraham was "a just man." That means that Abraham did not murder, subjugate women to a second or third class status, or rape little girls. On the contrary, criminal Islam murders infidels, subjugates women to second and third class status, and rapes little girls as young as eight old with impunity. The Islamic War Manual, sometimes called the Qur'an, teaches these inhumane evils. A few suras, taken from The Islamic War Manual, will shortly appear to show the reader that this author does not fabricate stories. If Abraham had lived in our era, by now probably some Muslim suicide bomber would have blown Abraham into tiny little pieces, all because he was Jewish.
Here is something to think about. Abraham was Jewish. So did he hate Jews and even his sons, who were Jews? Of course not. Abraham did not hate anyone because he "was a just man." This alone demolishes Islam because Islamists have a great hatred of Jews. So in this area, Islam isn't at all like the Jewish justice of Abraham.
Allow me to show the reader proof positive, taken from The Islamic War Manual, that Abraham thought wasn't at all like Islam, the religion of hate, murder, and rape.
The Islamic War Manual states:
"Take neither the Jews nor the Christians for your friends," (Sura 5 Verse 61 and Sura 60 Verse 13).
Of course the Christians had not yet appeared on the scene, but since Abraham was "a just man," he certainly would not have hated Christians. However, Jews were all around Abraham. So how could he hate his own people? He couldn't.
But the Islamists? Muslims hate Jews with a passion, so much so that they will murder Jews and rape the Jewish women and little girls everytime they get the chance, and with impunity. So how could Islamic hate come from Abraham thought? If Muslims could love all peoples, then I could give them a lot of credit and agree that their religion is Abrahamic. But Islam is all pure 100% hatred. I would give Muslims a lot of credit even if they could love their own people.
Man, how Muslims hate other Muslims. Forget how they hate Christians and Jews. Have you heard how Sunni Muslims murder Shiite Muslims because Shiites are "infidels"? And Shiite Muslims are murdering Sunni Muslims because the Sunnis are also "infidels." Crazy man, crazy. Do you see Protestants killing Protestants? No. Do you see Jews killing Jews? No. Do you see Catholics killing Catholics? No. Do you see Muslims killing Muslims? You don't have to answer. Everbody knows the answer. No one can hate as much as an authentic Muslim. I wonder if they know how to love humans. They sure don't show it.

Yes, Islam is very much like the Nazi ideology. It's also very much like the Communist ideology. All these ideologies, Islam, Communism, and Nazism hate and hated the truth. The Islamists, like Nazism and Communism, try to stifle the truth. We all know why--one word, HATRED. What bothers me is that Dhimmis also hate the truth. There is always hatred in the person who hates the truth. At least, it's obvious to me.

Cass - not only should it be 'compulsory reading for everyone who cares about truth', it should also be obligatory for our politicians - (the irony of the above is intentional.)
For years now I have been dismayed at "the official line" put forward by Australian politicians. Many seem totally unaware of even the most basic elements of islam yet, from the privileged position of "elected official" they insist of establishing islamist propaganda as truth. When a manifestly deluded and ill-informed official such as Ferguson can pontificate on islam, his imprimatur of "Govt MP" neutralises the years of study and welter of evidence that contradicts his views. But, his view is the official view.
How can we possibly hope for defence from islamisation, when this is the calibre of the defenders?
Similar honest statements by islamist leaders, world-wide, are readily available to any who do the most basic levels of research.
It is easy to establish that these statements are mainstream and widely held and not, as apologists would have it, "...not representing current islamic opinion".
In fact, it is harder to find islamist statements thatDO NOT reflect this reality - islam is the religion of the sword.
At the risk of diluting the complaint by endless repetition, I have to reiterate:
I still cannot believe I live in an Australia where a judge can hand down a ruling that (paraphrased) says, "Truth is not a defence" - (The infamous Catch the Fire case).
The weight, the sheer number, of similar "findings" is growing at an alarming rate. There are many who see developments such as this in a benign light, who see it as offering "protection" to all, who argue "human rights" are more sacrosanct than national security and freedoms.
And so, the precedents mount and genuine debate is silenced. The questioning mind is legislated against and criminalised.
The law makers remain unchallenged. They create straw-men and then vigorously legislate to protect that which no-one, except the worst offenders, see as under threat.
I am still amazed that legitimate grounds for the current AHREOC "Religious Freedoms" enquiry have yet to be established - or seriously questioned.
Who decided to initiate this action?
What is the mandate for such an enquiry?
Of course, even the most fundamental level of research shows some questionable and dubious links between 'complainant' and 'action'. It is an islamist agenda, without doubt, with a few odd-balls like Robin Fletcher/Wicca/Paganism thrown in to spice the mix. So relevent to day-to-day Australia!!!
Only one group could benefit from "pro-active" findings by AHREOC... and several of the AHREOC Board are also members of that one group. Those same members have public record utterances that demonstrate their "sympathy" towards islamist policy.
Australians seem to still suffer some hang-overs from the days of "the cultural cringe". This manifests in a deadly delusion that "things" happen "over there/somewhere else".
To me, it is disturbing on so many levels that this quote from Circe's article is starting to reverberate right here, right now, in Australia

I am always amused at the reverse psychology when muslims call the Jews "Nazis", as it is so clear that Nazis and muslims are "soulmates".
In the UK, it seems that some sanity has prevailed and the Fitna film will at last be screened in the House of Lords.

Remember, the muslim Lord Ahmed threatened to mobilize 10,000 protestors to stop Wilders from showing his film.

Circe - a fantastic clear summary of the truth that dare not be mentioned. I fear the charges against Wilders are as much a sign of desperation as anything, as few know how to deal with the threats of Islam. However, our western way of life is so precious, that there are many who will NEVER surrender and, even if they go underground, they will continue to oppose this totalitariansim to the end. In the end this culture of death, Islam, will consume itself in its bloodlust.

Wendy, I think you are right in your prediction. Over the years, as my knowledge of islam has grown, one certainty emerges ~ islam will consume itself. It has never been at peace, with the kufar or itself. Designed as a vehicle of hate, forged in the crucible of war, it is locked into violence, almost as though it were a DNA code.
I think of that Arab saying, "Me against my brother, my brother and I against our cousin, the family against the world." and see it's final act played out in "Me against my brother".
Last man standing.
What I am concerned about ~ and motivated by ~ is the fate of the bystander, as islam devours itself. Millions cannot get out of the way of the runaway train; millions will be dragged into islam's insanity. Unless our determination surpasses theirs.
As I've often said, "Not one inch; not now, not ever."

Why do Islamists parrot that "Islam Is The Religion Of Peace"? For the same reason that Cuban Radio parrots "Cuba Libre."
Islamists parrot their mantra because Islam isn't the religion of peace. So the evil, destructive Muslims constantly tell their BIG LIE, "Islam, The Religion Of Peace, and hope that people will believe them.

I was waiting for an article here on Wilders. I'm currently involved in an online fight with a Hamed Moohamed about this.
It is both hilarious and terrifying. Hamed starts off asserting that Wilders is lying and should be sent to prison (amongst atrocious spelling and grammar) while claiming that freedom of speech doesn't matter. I challenge him on a number of points and call him a fool. He gets back to me, insulted and accusing me of denying him his freedom of speech. It's an experience to say the least. I'll keep you all updated on how it goes.

Mughalistan...i have many Indian friends, Hindu and Christian who are friends with each other and with us and fit in wonderfully here. They have experience with and hatred of Islam and are terrified over attaks in India and fear that the same will soon accur here. Only recently I read of a big financial push for Muslims to take over India!
The WHOLE WORLD needs to realise we are ALL under attack from totalitarian Islam. Regardless of religion, race, ethnicity we must all work together against Islam. This includes supporting countries under severe attack, stopping Islamic immigration into our countries and taking control of groups like the UN and EU and making them work to stop Islam and protect real human rights, equality, freedom and world-wide safety from this the violence and repression of Islam!

BAD NEWS FROM THE UK...............
Dutch Right-wing politician and controversial anti-Islam campaigner Geert Wilders has been refused entry to the United Kingdom despite being invited to visit by a member of the House of Lords, the British parliament's upper chamber.
Mr Wilders (pictured), who was due to go to London this Thursday, received a letter today, 10 February, from the British ambassador to the Netherlands telling him that he was not welcome, reportedly because his visit would constitute a threat to public order.
Of course, all the hate ranting Imams from the religion of peace are MORE than welcome.
They dont cause public disorder, do they?
